What day is it?
Still can't sleep, and I have to get up in 6 hours. Quite honestly, I know I won't have any motivation tomorrow. I'll be exhausted, jet lagged, and 3 hours behind mentally. It's awful. But I'm keeping my goals in mind and restarting my fitness journey full force... soon. I just need a minute to catch up. (;
I'm not sure who this woman is, but she is absolutely stunning. Currently, this is my own personal piece of motivation. I don't have any desire to be stick thin. I just want to be healthy.
